My wife and I have lived here in Yorktown for twenty years and had no intention of moving until we walked into the old Lee House on Old Yorktown Road (3064 Old Yorktown Road). Less than three miles from our current home on Famwalk, the Lee House offered us a tremendous opportunity. We fell in love with the house and with the idea of restoring it and it history. To do so, meant a lot of things had to fall into place. Unfortunately for us, this did not happen. Douglas listed their home on Farmwalk in May 2010. The house closed in December 2010 and they moved to their dream home on Old Yorktown Road in December 2010! Dreams do come true!
